We want to make sure your experience with Fit Kitchen is a positive one. Below is a list of ways to ensure your delivery is successful, safe, and secure.
• Leave a cooler outside with either icepacks or ice inside to ensure your meals stay safe.
• Our delivery drivers start at 5 AM and most days finish by 9 AM.
• Make sure to provide any gate codes that may be necessary for our delivery drivers.
• If you are having your meals delivered to a business, the business must be open at 5 AM.
Select the # of meals you want to receive of each protein amount.
Example: I want five 6oz meals for lunch, 5 10oz meals for dinner, and three 4oz meals for after going to the gym.
Select if you would prefer to pay weekly or for all four weeks at once. Your meals will still be prepared and delivered weekly, even if you pay monthly.
Uncheck any boxes for proteins you do not want to receive in your meal plan.
Uncheck any boxes for vegetables you do not want to receive in your meal plan.
Uncheck any boxes for starches/carbs you do not want to receive in your meal plan.
Add any additional add-ons you want to receive with your meal plan every week. This will change frequently as we are always working on new items in the kitchen.
Add any comments, notes, or dietary concerns you want to make sure Fit Kitchen knows about. This includes food allergies, delivery notes, etc.
Once you are satisfied with your weekly meal plan, press “ADD TO CART” and you will be taken directly to the cart where you can proceed to checkout.
If you want to have your meals delivered to a business, the business must be open at 5 AM. Our delivery drivers start at 5 AM and most times finish by 9 AM. If a delivery is attempted and the business is closed, your meals will be brought back to Fit Kitchen where you will need to schedule an appointment to pick them up. The kitchen is not always open, so an appointment is required for pickup.
